2 medium yellow squash, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Squash: Rinse the yellow squash under cold water and slice them into 1/4-inch thick rounds. Pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

    Season: In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the squash slices and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
