Ingredients
  

500g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 tablespoons black pepper, coarsely ground

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon fish sauce

2 tablespoons cornstarch

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1-inch piece of ginger, grated

1 medium onion, chopped

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

2 green onions, chopped

1 tablespoon sesame oil

Salt to taste

Optional: Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine chicken pieces with black pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and a pinch of salt. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.

    Prepare Cornstarch Coating: In a separate bowl, sprinkle cornstarch over the marinated chicken. Toss well to coat all pieces evenly. This will give a nice crispy texture when cooked.

      Heat Oil: In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

            Combine & Finish: Mix everything together in the skillet. Drizzle sesame oil over the chicken and vegetable mixture, then add chopped green onions. Toss well to combine.
