Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup cream cheese, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)

4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)

1 cup fresh spinach (or arugula)

½ cup diced tomatoes

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Garlic Mixture: In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes, until fragrant but not browned. Remove from heat.

Make the Cheesy Filling: In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, garlic oil, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and the chicken is coated with the cheesy mixture.

Assemble the Wraps: Place a tortilla on a flat surface. On the bottom half of the tortilla, layer a handful of fresh spinach, follow with a generous portion of the cheesy chicken mixture, and sprinkle some diced tomatoes on top.

Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then starting from the bottom, roll it upwards tightly until you’ve made a complete wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

Cook the Wraps: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam side down in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy. Optionally, you can also brush the outsides of the wraps with a little olive oil for extra crispiness.

Serve: Remove the wraps from the skillet. Slice them in half and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley for garnish. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or a side salad.
