Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts, diced

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup spinach leaves

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Prep the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Cook Chicken: Add the diced chicken breasts to the skillet. Season with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center. Remove from heat and set aside.

Make the Cheese Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese. Stir in a bit of salt and pepper for extra flavor.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a layer of the cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla. Add a generous portion of cooked chicken and a handful of spinach leaves on top.

Wrap It Up: Carefully roll the tortilla tightly, starting from one edge to the other, ensuring all fillings are enclosed. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

Toast the Wraps: In the same skillet, place the wraps seam-side down and toast on medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Serve: Remove from the skillet, slice in half, and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm with your choice of dipping sauce, like ranch or marinara.
