Ingredients
  

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

4 large tortillas (spinach or plain)

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup Caesar dressing

1/4 cup croutons, crushed

Optional: Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Optional: Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and shaved Parmesan cheese.

    Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the mixture and toss until all ingredients are well-coated.

      Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface. If desired, warm them slightly in a skillet for easier wrapping.

        Divide the chicken Caesar mixture evenly among the tortillas, leaving about 2 inches of space at the edges for easy folding.

          Sprinkle crushed croutons on top of the mixture for added crunch.

            Begin rolling the tortilla tightly from one end, folding in the edges as you go to create a secure wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.

              If serving immediately, cut the wraps in half diagonally and secure with a toothpick if needed. Optionally add fresh black pepper and serve with lemon wedges for a zesty finish.
