1 lb rotini pasta

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced

2 tbsp olive oil

4 tbsp unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Chili flakes (optional, for some heat)

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the rotini according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Season the sliced chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Add them to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
