1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup cornstarch

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup soy sauce (low-sodium preferred)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp sesame oil

2 tbsp green onions, finely chopped (for garnish)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Vegetable oil (for frying)

Prepare the Batter: In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a dry coating mixture.
