Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for spice level)

1/4 cup hot honey (or regular honey mixed with cayenne)

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and set aside.

Set Up Dredging Stations: In one shallow bowl, place the flour. In a second bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.

Coat the Chicken: Dip each chicken breast first into the flour, shaking off the excess. Then, coat it in the beaten eggs, and finally, press into the panko mixture to ensure a thorough coating.

Add Feta: Place the crispy chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the top of each chicken breast.

Drizzle with Honey: Drizzle half of the hot honey over the feta-coated chicken pieces. Optionally, reserve some honey for serving.

Bake the Chicken: Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.

Serve: Once out of the oven, drizzle the remaining hot honey over the chicken. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy with your favorite side dish!
