2 large chicken breasts, sliced in half horizontally

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs, beaten

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup chicken broth

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Prepare the Chicken: Season the sliced chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.

      Set Up Breading Station: In three separate shallow bowls, place flour in one, beaten eggs in another, and mix the panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt in the third.
