1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 cups marinara sauce

Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the Pasta Shells: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package directions until al dente. Drain and let cool slightly.

Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Stuff the Shells: Carefully stuff each cooked pasta shell with the spinach and ricotta filling. Place the stuffed shells in a greased baking dish.

Add Marinara Sauce: Pour the marinara sauce evenly over the stuffed shells, ensuring they are well covered.

Top with Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the top of the shells.

Bake: Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
