1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

4 cloves garlic, minced

4 tbsp unsalted butter

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

For the Savory Creamy Parmesan Pasta:

8 oz (225g) pasta of your choice (fettuccine or penne works well)

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup chicken broth

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & pepper, to taste

Optional: Red pepper flakes for a kick

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta:

    - In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Prepare the Chicken:

        - In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.

          - Season the chicken bites with salt, pepper, and paprika.

            - Add the chicken to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and cooked through.

              - Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 2 minutes until fragrant. Remove the skillet from heat.
