Ingredients

For the Wraps:

1 lb ground beef

1 tbsp onion powder

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup pickles, sliced

1/2 medium onion, finely chopped

1 cup sliced tomatoes (optional)

For the Special Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp ketchup

1 tbsp yellow mustard

1 tbsp sweet pickle relish

1 tsp white vinegar

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Special Sauce:

    - In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix well until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

      Cook the Beef:

        - In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Break it into crumbles as it cooks. Sprinkle with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Drain any excess grease if necessary.

          Assemble the Wraps:

            - Place a tortilla on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of the special sauce in the center of the tortilla.

              - Layer with cooked beef, shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, pickles, and chopped onions. If you like, you can also add sliced tomatoes for extra freshness.

                Wrap it Up:

                  - Fold the sides of the tortilla over the fillings, and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top. Make sure everything is secure.

                    Toast the Wraps (optional):

                      - If you prefer a warm, crispy wrap, place it seam-side down in a preheated skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

                        Serve:

                          - Slice the wraps in half and serve with extra special sauce on the side for dipping!
