Ingredients

1 lb fresh salmon fillet, skin removed

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons sriracha (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

Prepare the Salmon: Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized cubes, about 1-inch in size. Pat them dry with a paper towel and set aside.

Make the Hot Honey Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, sriracha, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Marinate the Salmon: In a larger bowl, add the salmon cubes and pour half of the hot honey sauce over them. Gently toss to coat the salmon evenly. Let it marinate for about 15-20 minutes while you preheat the oven.

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Bake the Salmon Bites: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the marinated salmon bites in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle the remaining hot honey sauce over the top.

Roast in the Oven: Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. For a crisp texture, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges on the side for an added zesty flavor.
