2 tablespoons granulated sugar

1 tablespoon baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

1 cup milk

2 large eggs

½ cup melted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup mini chocolate chips

½ cup mini marshmallows

½ cup crushed graham crackers (plus extra for garnish)

Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.

    In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

      In another bowl, whisk the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.

        Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are fine.

          Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers until evenly distributed.

            Lightly grease the preheated waffle iron with cooking spray or a small amount of melted butter.

              Pour the recommended amount of batter onto the center of the waffle iron (about ½ to ¾ cup, depending on the size of your waffle iron).

                Close the waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions, typically 4-5 minutes, until the waffles are golden brown and crispy.

                  Carefully remove the waffles and repeat with the remaining batter.
