1 lb ground beef (preferably 80/20 for flavor)

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon ginger, minced

ΒΌ cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon sesame oil

2 teaspoons rice vinegar

1 teaspoon gochujang (Korean chili paste, adjust for spice preference)

2 green onions, thinly sliced (plus more for garnish)

1 cup cooked jasmine rice (or your favorite rice)

1 cup steamed broccoli (or any preferred vegetable)

Cook the Ground Beef: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the vegetable oil. When hot, add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.

    Add Aromatics: Stir in the minced garlic and ginger and cook for another 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
