8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes

½ cup sliced pepperoni

¼ teaspoon dried oregano

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare Dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles along the perforated lines.

Assemble Rolls: Place 1 or 2 cubes of mozzarella and a couple of slices of pepperoni on the wide end of each triangle. Sprinkle a little oregano and garlic powder on top.

Roll Them Up: Starting from the wide end, carefully roll the dough towards the pointed end, enclosing the cheese and pepperoni inside. Pinch the edges to seal them well.

Brush with Egg Wash: Place the rolls on the lined baking sheet. Brush the tops with the beaten egg for a nice golden finish.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.

Serve: Let the rolls cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
