Ingredients

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup sliced pepperoni

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 egg (for egg wash)

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles along the perforations.

In a small bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, sliced pepperoni, grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix well.

Place about 2 tablespoons of the cheese and pepperoni mixture on the wide end of each crescent triangle.

Roll up each triangle, starting at the wide end and rolling toward the pointed end.

Place the rolled croissants on the prepared baking sheet, with the point tucked underneath to secure them.

In a small bowl, beat the egg and brush it over the tops of the croissant rolls for a golden finish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the croissants are golden brown and puffed.

Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
