1/4 cup agave syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 cup coconut water

1/2 cup sparkling water

Ice cubes

Lime wedges and fresh strawberries for garnish

Sea salt for rimming glasses

Instructions

Begin by preparing your glasses. Run a lime wedge around the rim of each glass, then dip the rims into sea salt to coat.

In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, fresh lime juice, and agave syrup. Blend until smooth.

In a large pitcher, mix the blended strawberry-lime mixture with coconut water. Stir gently until combined.

Add ice cubes to the pitcher and top with sparkling water to add a refreshing fizz. Stir gently to combine.

Taste the mocktail and adjust the sweetness with more agave syrup if desired.

Pour the mocktail into the prepared glasses over additional ice if preferred.

Garnish each glass with a lime wedge and a whole strawberry on the rim. Serve immediately and enjoy!
