Ingredients
  

2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped (grilled or rotisserie)

1 cup corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)

1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup red bell pepper, diced

1 avocado, diced

½ cup red onion, finely chopped

1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons lime juice

1 teaspoon cumin

Salt and pepper, to taste

Tortilla strips, for topping (optional)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped chicken, corn, black beans, cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, avocado, red onion, and cilantro.
