Ingredients
  

2 cups fresh watermelon, cubed and seeds removed

1 ripe banana, sliced

1/2 cup coconut yogurt (or any plant-based yogurt)

1/2 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk)

1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

A handful of fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled smoothie)

Instructions
 

In a blender, combine the fresh watermelon cubes, banana slices, coconut yogurt, almond milk, maple syrup (if using), and lime juice.

    Blend on high speed until all ingredients are smooth and well combined, scraping down the sides if necessary.

      If you prefer a colder smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
